I was talking with a wonderful lady, Patty, who helps employees at my company get through tough times. I was talking about how giving a person my Grandmother was before she passed away. How it felt like her passing and all the things associated with it was her final gift. It gave me a reason to return home from across the country, spend time with my parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. To rest and to greive. I just wished I could thank her for it.
